This privacy policy applies to the DEVOP website and to all mobile applications published by DEVOP ("DEVOP", "we") and distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Data controller

The data controller is DEVOP, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €100, registered under number SIREN 939 144 325, with its registered office at 1225 rue du Moulies, 40160 Parentis-en-Born, France. Contact: contact@devop-studio.com.

2. Data we collect

Depending on the application you use, we may collect:

• data you provide directly (e.g. email address when creating an account, content you enter in the app);
• technical data required to operate the service (anonymized device identifiers, app version, error logs);
• aggregated, anonymized usage statistics used to improve our apps.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (performance of contract): account creation, app features, support.
• Improving our apps (legitimate interest): analytics, bug fixing.
• Communicating with you (performance of contract or consent): support replies, service information.

4. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as you use the service, then deleted or anonymized within a maximum of 3 years after your last activity, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Data sharing

Your data may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, analytics, AI services), strictly for the purposes described above and under GDPR-compliant agreements. Your data is never sold.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@devop-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Account and data deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time, directly from the app where this option is available, or by email at contact@devop-studio.com.

8. Children

Our applications are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. In case of substantial changes, we will notify you in the app.
