Terms of Use

These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the DEVOP website and of the mobile applications published by DEVOP, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €100, SIREN 939 144 325, with its registered office at 1225 rue du Moulies, 40160 Parentis-en-Born, France ("DEVOP", "we"). By using our applications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

DEVOP publishes mobile applications distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Each application may be subject to additional specific terms displayed within the app.

2. Access to the service

Our applications require a compatible mobile device and an Internet connection, at your own expense. We strive to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it: interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

3. User account

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time (see our privacy policy).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use our applications for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to compromise the security or proper operation of the service;
• scrape or massively reuse the service's content;
• impersonate any third party.

5. Intellectual property

The applications, the website, their content, trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of DEVOP or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Some applications may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Prices and conditions are displayed in the app before any purchase.

7. Liability

Our applications are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DEVOP shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Termination

You may stop using our applications at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction. Contact: contact@devop-studio.com.
